He was extremely knowledgeable in the cars that we were interested in and made sure that he filled in any concerns that we may have had. He continuously asked us if we had any questions, which showed that he cared about us knowing about the vehicle that we wanted. He did a good job of breaking down some technical terms about cars into laymans terms so we can understand. Most of all, he made us feel at home when financing the car took longer than expected and offered us (and eventually insisted) that we had a couple of slices of pizza and drinks. I would reccomend this dealer to anyone interested in a car for Kia. More

He was not very pushy like his managers were. He was very knowledgeable about my 2013 Kia Soul and he didn't know something he would say I will get right back to you on that and he actually did get back with the answer! The buying process was lengthy but Josh was very patient with me and we had great fun conversation while we waited. More
