$195 for a key? Try eBay, $6 I contacted service to get a new key to replace the key blade holder that broke on my key. Rep wanted $140 for the new key, and $55 to reprogram it. I can take apart the old device and swap out the broken piece. Almost $200 is highway robbery. Had you offered to do what I am doing for $20 or so, that would be reasonable, but $200? You should be ashamed to treat customers that way. More

I was asked what it was that I really wanted/liked. Well, that was the 2016 Kia Sorrento. Marcel was great and helped us with the process but we decided to really think about the decision for another week. We went back the following week and met with Brandon, Marcel was with another customer. Brandon was great from start to finish and we ended up walking out with a 2016 Sorrento!! More
