Our service records indicate that the vehicle was given new wiper blades and the tires were checked to ensure that they would pass state inspection. If this is not the case, and we are in error, please bring in your state inspection form and we will gladly make the necessary repairs. Lisa, We've tried reaching out to you several times to fix this problem, and you have continued to ignore our requests to bring in your vehicle. In addition, this is my 3rd time responding to you through your posts and I fail to see any response on your end. We'd be more than happy to make any repairs if you simply bring in the state inspection report showing that it failed. According to our service records, we checked the tires and put in new wiper blades.
