Most horrible experience at a Deakership In the market for a new SUV. The Kia salesman was extremely knowledgeable and great when it came to test driving the vehicle but then that’s when thin In the market for a new SUV. The Kia salesman was extremely knowledgeable and great when it came to test driving the vehicle but then that’s when things changed for the worse. After explaining to the Kia salesman that we wanted a particular trim model of which they currently didn’t have in stock he continued to try and push the car he had in inventory onto us. If that wasn’t bad enough he then proceeded to call me “ignorant” when we briefly discussed pricing of which he told me fours times that the price was the price on the car which happened to be above MSRP. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and I am not sure how the salesman thought he could even begin to sell me a vehicle with his attitude. It was a night and day difference from the heartwarming experience we had earlier in the day test driving the Volkswagen Atlas at the Volkswagen Dealership a few hours earlier. More
