Mark was great the managers were so nice Jeff made me feel comfortable always made sure I was fine. Mark was just so easy to talk to polite, friendly. None of that proved to be difficult for Scott or Ryan, as we were able to leave with the awesome 2020 Kia Sportage that we loved. This is now my third car I’ve bought from Kia and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Scott knows exactly how to treat customers like family and understand their needs. Ryan worked his magic on the financial side as well. I have no doubt I will be back for a fourth car purchase once my lease is up in 3 years.
