I had made an appointment to see Steve the internet rep Came into the dealership with a payment I knew I could afford and a model I was interested in. I had made an appointment to see Steve the internet rep I had spoken to on the phone. I had told him I had visited about 6 dealerships including their sister dealership Burlington Kia all to no avail. Steve assured me Turnersville Kia could fit me with a vehicle. When I arrived I was welcomed outside by a rep who asked if he could help me and I told him I was talking to Scott on the phone. I had mistakenly told him the wrong name but they had a salesman named Scott who turned out to be a great guy and worked with me after introducing me to Steve who I was actually there to see. Scotty and I hit it off right away and it was a pleasant experience. Scotty showed me what I was looking for and some other vehicles I might get a better deal on. I ended up driving out of there the same day with a new 2020 vehicle that I was very satisfied with. One of my main options I considered a must have did not come with that vehicle package but Scotty and the floor manager assured me they would have it installed at the dealers expense. They kept their word and the option was installed the next week with very little inconvenience to me. Overall my experience with Turnersville Kia was a pleasant one and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If you don't think it's possible, check them out. You will not regret it. More
