The best experience We came in today looking for a vehicle. Before our arrival I was on Kia website putting my information to inquire about a car. Shortly after, I receiv We came in today looking for a vehicle. Before our arrival I was on Kia website putting my information to inquire about a car. Shortly after, I received a phone call from Amanda who was very helpful and answered any questions I had from the bat. She strongly suggested we come in to be taken care of so we agreed to arrive around 3:30p. We were worried about getting approval due to certain financial hardships we faced in the past and we were unsure of what kind of car we could even get. We walked in with a lot of doubt for ourselves. That feeling completely changed when we entered the facility and was greeted by Jeff, one of the managers. He then led us to Ed, who was our car sales representative. Right off the bat, Ed’s demeanor was amazing. He was very welcoming and accommodating and took the time to get to really know us and what it was we were looking for and what we needed. It truly was the best customer service experience I have had in a truly long time. They are true to their word when they say they are helping us and they will ensure we, as customers, will get the best experience. They truly are the dealer of the year.
