Me and my husband went in looking to trade in my Chevy Tarx for a bigger vehicle so I was looking at the 2016 Kia Sorento It was just what I needed sp Me and my husband went in looking to trade in my Chevy Tarx for a bigger vehicle so I was looking at the 2016 Kia Sorento It was just what I needed space wise so my next question was the numbers Mark had Mike run a few numbers for us and because of financing it was just not in our budget so they went back to figure out another option mark asked about leasing and by than we had already checked out I was discouraged and upset because my Chevy had me in a bad situation financial and I thought it wouldn’t be possible to trade it but than Mark came back again and said what if we can get you in a Kia Sorento “2019” and your payments where you want it and you can pick the color now he had my attention we was there almost the whole day but Mark was patient and knowledgeable and I felt really wanted to make sure I got a vehicle and not feel Uncomfortable with my purchase they even ran the numbers on my old vehicle furthering confirming the numbers on my old vehicle was way more than what I should have paid for it over all the best experience at a Car dealership yet and hopefully my last I love my Kia Sorento and I just wanna say Thank you to Mark for being patient and putting his best foot forth to make sure I left with a Vehicle and I was satisfied with my purchase!
