ABSOLUTELY A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE A few months ago I reached out to Kia I told them I was in need of a car but I did not have the best financial circumstances .I was told to come in an A few months ago I reached out to Kia I told them I was in need of a car but I did not have the best financial circumstances .I was told to come in and they would definitely be able to help me but I was so afraid of it not working out and wasting their time and my time that I put it off for months. they kept reaching out to me and trying to get me to come anyway! long story short ..my car eventually just died and when I thought about where I should go or what to do I immediately thought of Kia because they knew my whole situation and they kept telling me they would help me ...so I said I'm going in ! when I got there I was introduced to Shy Lawrence... who was nothing less than exceptional , wonderful and professional. He took me step by step with the process and even though we had a little setback .... not by any means the dealership fault ...4 days later it all worked out and I got to drive away in a 2019 Kia Forte ! Again before I left shy went through everything with me on the car... as I am not a very technical person and my last car was a 2005 so had none of this new stuff that this car has! But Shy went out of his way to be kind and understanding , non-judgmental and very patient. I can't say enough good things about him .
