Kia Sorento engine failure!! KIA owners and prospective buyers DO NOT BUY ANY KIA VEHICLES!!! We received a letter from Kia advising us of a potential engine failure in our newly KIA owners and prospective buyers DO NOT BUY ANY KIA VEHICLES!!! We received a letter from Kia advising us of a potential engine failure in our newly purchased 2018 Kia Sorento. This letter does not offer a remedy; rather Kia wants to install software that will alert us when the failure will occur!! Completely LUDICROUS!!!! Turnersville Kia was completely dismissive. We were told by Vince Melfi, the manager, to take the car home and park it until we resolve the problem. He said we have to deal with Kia corporate not Turnersville Kia.
