Civic sarcasm Looking at purchase/ lease of new cars at first. Went to several dealerships looking at many makes and models. Ended up at Kia of Tville that day. After pulling teeth I was able to extract basic pricing for Kia Forte. After first visit without my son I learned he was leaning towards a Civic. I explained that in replied text and emails to Dealership.. My son and I went and looked at a used civic 16 k that seemed to have past flooding issues. So I suggested maybe he should give Kia a shot. He agreed..after entering the dealership I was approached by Ryan Mondelli Who said Very condescending and sarcastic “ oh I thought you were buying a Civic”. That was very unprofessional and NOT a good business practice for for himself or Kia of Turnersville. Trying to navigate through the process and find the best deal on a new or used cars for my son is a challenge. A smart sales manager would have said “ so glad you came in to give us another shot and have you drive home in one our cars. But instead my son and I left that day disappointed and offended.. More
