Very unhappy I must say that Justin was very misleading from the start. Justin took me on a test drive of the car I wanted and didn’t even have approval yet. I thi I must say that Justin was very misleading from the start. Justin took me on a test drive of the car I wanted and didn’t even have approval yet. I think it is unprofessional to even give a test drive before making sure a customer will get approved. Additionally, we spent almost an hour getting paperwork from my prior lender that made no difference in the outcome of me getting approved. Justin made it seem like this paperwork would heighten my chance of getting approved. I feel like this visit was not productive and a waste of time. More
