Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. The appointment was set up for about a week from the time I called to set it up, which was very reasonable. Cristin Geeslin is the Sevice Advisor who helped me, and she was exceptionally attentive and respectful. They got the repairs done by the very next day. I so appreciated that because one of the repairs was my air conditioner. No ac in June in Alabama is not fun.
