We live in Illinois and our son is a sophomore at the University of Alabama. He has a 2010 Ford Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer with about 130,000 miles on it. He was in route home heading for the long 10+ hour drive right before Thanksgiving when the Explorer just “stopped” about an hour away from the school. He had 3 friends, a German Shepard and luggage for all in the Explorer. He ended up having to be towed and was towed to Tuscaloosa Ford. Mary Gardner was his service advisor. She explained they were busy and there would be a wait unfortunately. The next morning we got a call from her and not only was the Explorer fixed she had made sure they expedited his work knowing that he was responsible for getting not only himself but a truck load of others all the way home to see their families for the holiday. I will tell you being so far away from my son and knowing he was also responsible for these other students getting home to see their families was very stressful. Mary was unbelievable!!!
