He patiently answered all my questions without any condescension (unusual with car salesmen, in my experience), and made the entire experience as enjoyable as it could be. I am 100% satisfied with Sam, Ms. Dana, and Chris. They all did a fantastic job. If that is the kind of customer service that Tuscaloosa Ford always provides, I will definitely be bringing my new truck in for all of its service. 10/10, would recommend! More

Just got our Jeep from here, 1st time buying out of state and the team was absolutely amazing! Jared walked us through the sales process, made a live walk around video of the vehicle and answered all questi and the team was absolutely amazing! Jared walked us through the sales process, made a live walk around video of the vehicle and answered all questions about the process and vehicle so we were comfortable. Dana then took over and made the contract, financing and delivery almost easier than the sales decision. Driver delivered the vehicle to straight to the house, not only on time, but early and was friendly and professional. Can’t recommend their entire team and process enough! More
