A Fantastic Alternative to the Birmingham Hyundai Dealers It's a shame that someone living in Birmingham, where there are 3 Hyundai dealerships, has to go to Tuscaloosa to buy a Hyundai, but it is so worth th It's a shame that someone living in Birmingham, where there are 3 Hyundai dealerships, has to go to Tuscaloosa to buy a Hyundai, but it is so worth the drive to a rare no-BS car-buying experience. After getting poor responsiveness out of Birmingham with the one dealer I was still willing to give a shot at my business to, I reached out to Tuscaloosa Hyundai by email and email alone, and within 30 minutes I had been provided everything that I had asked for including pricing and payment information on the specific vehicle I had selected. No bait-and-switch, no "you have to come here to get that information", no "we have to look at your credit first", nothing. Just answers to my questions and no gimmicks. From there, I then had them run my credit and was notified within an hour or so that everything was approved as quoted, and I scheduled a time to come in and take delivery. Once at the dealership, I was in-and-out in under an hour, and that included the time it took to test drive the vehicle. It was incredible. The folks were all friendly, hassle-free, and it was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership to buy a car. As such, I no longer need to invest any time fooling with the dealers in Birmingham; I'll just head directly to Tuscaloosa, as they know how to do it the right way. More
