Fantastic Experience!!! I recently purchased a 2014 Sonata GLS from Tuscaloosa Hyundai and would like to commend this dealership for a job well done! I did a lot of research I recently purchased a 2014 Sonata GLS from Tuscaloosa Hyundai and would like to commend this dealership for a job well done! I did a lot of research on various dealers and contacted four via their online sales departments. The two most upfront with their pricing were Tameron Hyundai in Hoover and Tuscaloosa Hyundai. Other dealers I talked with tended to downgrade the other dealers and were unclear about their own prices. I talked on the phone with several salespersons and Brandi was able to give the lowest price on both the base model and the upgraded package. Tuscaloosa Hyundai beat the competition from $400-$1500 and were a breeze to deal with. Brandi started with their best offer and never had to budge while some of the others were "talking to their manager" trying to get me the"best deal possible" and saying there was no way Tuscaloosa could offer that price. The price quote was spot on to the penny and I even took the upgraded model. The financing was equally efficient. The car was waiting out front when I got there. I got what I expected for my trade and got a very good interest rate. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. We plan to go back in the next year or two and get my wife the Tucson she wants!!! More

We started off good, great car at a good price, but went down hill from there. I made the mistake in buying a car from out of state. Between the Jefferson County Alabama Revenue department and the dealershi down hill from there. I made the mistake in buying a car from out of state. Between the Jefferson County Alabama Revenue department and the dealership, I am getting the biggest run around I have ever had. The revenue dept. wanting a notrized form from the dealership. The dealership finally sending 3 days after they said they would, but they did not have all the i's dotted and t's crossed, causing the revenue dept to refuse to accept the form. Now I am back to getting another form signed by the dealership which they said would be mail yesterday but wasn't. I wonder where this will all end. I hope I dont get a traffic ticket before I am able to register the vehicle. My advise, if you buy from Tuscaloosa Hyundai make sure the vehicle has an Alabama title not New York. More
