I purchased a used 21 GMC Yukon XL from Tustin Buick GMC a couple moths ago. Within days of having the vehicle about 32 miles in the AC broke down and they told me that my power rain extend warranty would n a couple moths ago. Within days of having the vehicle about 32 miles in the AC broke down and they told me that my power rain extend warranty would not cover the AC, they charged me around $1,800 to repair my AC. Now my Yukon’s engine got messed up they basically said my vehicle needs a new engine!!! But now they are saying that I never purchased any extended powertrain warranty completely xx when they clearly told me that my extended power train warranty did not cover for my ac. The contract shows that they sold me GPS, Paint Protection, and I don’t recall the third xx they added which I never wanted those items to be added to my contract they tried to force me with saying if you don’t add these extras we can’t sell you the vehicle. Once I got up and was about to leave with my wife the sales manager came out and told me that they would remove the extras and just add me extended powertrain warranty. I called Tustin GMC after having my vehicle inspected by a different GMC dealership, I spoke to Adriana finance manager and I explained to her what happened and she basically blew me off was extremely rude! I also tried to get in contact with General manager Roni Blomquist left several messages no call back, I also tried contacting Debbie Pepper left her several messages and call has been returned. I you are reading this and Tustin Buick GMC plates you please report them to the DMV (916) 210-6276 we can’t be played by this dealership. If you are looking for a Buick or GMC vehicle DO NOT purchase from Tustin Buick GMC they are a bunch of crooks! More

5 stars for the experience from the beginning to driving off the lot with a new car! Went to this dealership started off with a phone call to see if the car we were considering was available. They answere off the lot with a new car! Went to this dealership started off with a phone call to see if the car we were considering was available. They answered fast and transferred me over to a sales rep named Benjamin, he promptly confirmed the car was still available and had it ready for us to check out when we got there. Once we arrived we immediately felt the good vibes from him and test drove the car a few times as he was patient with us because we had to alternate test driving the car due to us having our dogs with us. The car was priced well, yes they did have add-ons that were put on the car which increased the price, however the offer price was below kbb value and edmunds car value. Now comes time with negotiations because both my wife and I liked the vehicle. Yes you definitely have to come in to any dealership with your skills in negotiating what you are comfortable with, because business's are there to make money and customers wants a good deal. We felt like we both won! The negotiations did happen and it was definitely a good experience and NOT a pushy one. During our negotiating we spoke with both Benjamin and Patrick. Patrick the floor manager worked with us with running numbers and Benjamin did what he could to make the deal work. We agreed to the price we were comfortable with and they didn't make it soooooo difficult. GREAT!!! Now time to finance, we met with Alex and he made the experience even better with helping us get the extended warranty that still fits within our budget. Not a pushy guy either, he just did his job and still was able to provide us the warranty with no hassle. Mind you it was still early in the day so they had a lot of time to keep dealing but they made it quick and easy no pressure sales with good deals. From picking up the call fast to speaking with Benjamin dealing with Patrick and finishing up with Alex AAA+ experience no doubts there. Thanks guys and Tustin GMC for the experience we definitely recommend this dealer and the guys we worked with. We got a car we liked, color, features, price and warranty not to mention Benjamin gave us two bags of chips while working up the numbers, little things count. Hopefully our next car we consider this dealer will have it and Benjamin, Patrick and Alex are still there offering the same exceptional quality of service!!!! More

Came in over two weeks ago and sold my 2021 GMC 2500HD Denali. 17 days later still waiting on the check for $20k+. GMC Financial said the truck was paid off 2 weeks ago. DMV said ELT title was re-issued as paper title 10 days ago. Looks like the dealer is sitting on the money till they sell my truck. More

Honestly lost on where I should start? Warped rotors that I told them would need replacing? No E-brake!! (salesman Darwin) pulled it and the car didn't stop, and lied when I asked him if it didn't work just now. Hole repair in rim (wheel wouldn't balance) dealer put new tires on and said they never noticed! Cross threaded rear lug nut. (Shane Bhatia) stated that the car was bought like that! If that was true how did they get the rim off to change the tires? Torn/ripped brake line? Look at the photo!!! Don't even need to speak much on this as was all know this is a major safety issue! I could go on and on about how they have horrible communication, made me have to take off work to see them in person just to get in contact with them! I bought a used 2013 Chevy corvette from them on August 3rd, I did take it "as is" however they did say they have to still do safety and smog. This was completely reasonable, I visually inspected the car when I bought it. We discussed what safety concerns the car might need at that time and we all had an agreement. After the 2 week wait for them to do smog and safety inspection before I was even able to test drive the car or take home. I took it to a shop the next day and had it inspected like they told me to do! Now their excuse was I should have brought it back for them to finish the safety!!!!! You guys should feel very lucky that I never crashed due to a brake line that was almost cut in half! With no E-Brake!!!! Still so much I can add to this but curious how they handle this issue, I was told on (8/26) that Shane was going to talk with service on this and I'll hear back from them on monday (8-28) but never heard anything even the day after so here I am. More

PRO PACK SUCKERS! My wife and I decided to purchase two used cars at Tustin Buick GMC. When the paperwork started, we noticed an increase of $3579 per vehicle. I immediately question what the extra cost was for and we were told it was for their “Pro Pack”. We told the dealer we do not want the Pro Pack and removed it from the price. They said all their vehicles come with the Pro Pack and they cannot remove it. Deal Breaker! So, the manager was called in and so the show starts with him getting approval from corporate to lower the price to their out-of-pocket cost for the Pro Pack which knocked off $2000 per package. So now the price per Pro Pack is $1579. We liked the vehicles enough to agree and complete the transactions. When we called to register the Pro Pack program and activate theft protection and vehicle tracking, we were told we only had the Perma Safe and the Clear Pro door coverages of the package (not worth $1579). They removed these items from our sales contract and did not tell us. As most people do, we signed the docs without looking at every line. THEY LIED TO US AND STOLE FROM US!!! More
