I am very disappointed with your nonresponse to our phone calls and emails concerning a second key for the 2018 Ford escape we purchased on 7/28. It was never disclosed at any time or I would lower the price or walk away and I think that he knew that. All that had to do is go across the street to the Ford dealer and get a key for some reason they did not to do that.
