I've left 6 messages for employees in the Finance Department - not 1 return call. The manager of the finance department; Tony M., clearly has a cultural problem and they follow his lead - he's two of the messages not returned. What I need is something simple - cancel an AUL service contract they sold me. Apparently - they do not sell GM Service Contracts because they make more $$ on a 3rd party contract. That company is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. After hours on the phone - they directed me to the dealership as only they can cancel a service contract. No customer should have to go through this as I'm simply asking to have a quick transaction completed. VERY ODD that they are so reluctant to handle this issue. Thank goodness the California Department of Insurance regulates this stuff - never thought I'd actually appreciate over regulation! Now one knows why - to protect consumers. More

Josh Kaiser was my point of contact. He was phenomenal and thorough throughout the whole process. Update on my initial review. They put us through xxxx buying a vehicle. Lying nonreturned calls. Sold us a vehicle they never had. We had a signed Contract with a VIN # after a very significant down payment. Took them weeks to find a vehicle to match the contract. Weeks to deliver the Yukon. Top it off sold us a maintenance plan that paid for maintenance at any GMC dealership. You guessed it only good at their dealership over 90 miles away. They called today to ask if I wanted to buy another vehicle. I was not polite. After my experience I think the four star review are from the sales staff. More
