My experience working with with dealership was awful! I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. The sells person sold me a car that wasn’t on the lot, registered the vehicle as if I had driven the would never recommend anyone to this dealership. The sells person sold me a car that wasn’t on the lot, registered the vehicle as if I had driven the car off the lot, funded the loan of the vehicle and forced me to make the first payment of the car 45 days after the purchase even though the car wasn’t in my possession. I made the first payment so it would not affected my credit, I ended up canceling the entire deal, had to wait another 2 weeks for the loan to close and removed from my credit. I am still waiting for my refund from the first payment I made. More

Left the dealership last night really excited about my purchase. Once I read over the receipt I realize there was some concerns. They took $1000 off my trade-in on my contract without telling me. Amazing customer service, Josh was very helpful and understanding with what I was looking for and patient because I had my 2 wild children with me!
