Super nice people. As soon as i stepped in the greeted me and welcomed me in. I was there for an appointment with Ivan and he also greeted me and said he will be with m As soon as i stepped in the greeted me and welcomed me in. I was there for an appointment with Ivan and he also greeted me and said he will be with me in a couple of minutes since he was also helping out another party. Ivan had the car ready for me outside and gave me the keys so that I can look at it while I waited for him. Took me on a test drive and told me a little bit about the car. I ended up closing a deal with him and purchased my first ever car in a dealership. Ivan made it flawless and simple, explaining the financing and how I can price match my credit union, which I did. Amazing experience overall and definetly recommend to anyone buying car for first time. More

Brought my Santa Fe in for a strange sound it was making as well as a floor mat repair. Sounds couldn’t be duplicated so no repair was made. Floor mat wasn’t repaired either. Brian, my service advisor did w as well as a floor mat repair. Sounds couldn’t be duplicated so no repair was made. Floor mat wasn’t repaired either. Brian, my service advisor did warn me sounds can be hard to replicate. The 5 star was for the customer service I received. I’m sure I’ll be back again with these 2 issues when it’s convenient for me.
