Brought my Santa Fe in for a strange sound it was making as well as a floor mat repair. Sounds couldn’t be duplicated so no repair was made. Floor mat wasn’t repaired either. Brian, my service advisor did w as well as a floor mat repair. Sounds couldn’t be duplicated so no repair was made. Floor mat wasn’t repaired either. Brian, my service advisor did warn me sounds can be hard to replicate. The 5 star was for the customer service I received. I’m sure I’ll be back again with these 2 issues when it’s convenient for me. This is my first Hyundai ever and I love the 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid! Perfect for my family of 5 with a ton of features the Pilot Elite didn't even have.
