When my lease was up this month I knew that my first choice would be to work with Rick again. This is my second car leased from Rick and Tustin Hyundai. He was able to squeeze me in with no appointment choice would be to work with Rick again. This is my second car leased from Rick and Tustin Hyundai. He was able to squeeze me in with no appointment on a Sunday to test drive some Tucsons. My mom came with me and we had a great experience again. Rick was so knowledgeable and patient when it came to my questions. His service truly goes above and beyond. He never pressures you and focuses on ensuring you get what you want/need. I can truly say that from the moment I signed for my first car to now the service has been exceptional. You can tell the difference between Tustin Hyundai and any other dealership. When we first walked into Tustin Hyundai I felt as though I was in an Apple Retail store. The welcome by Dennis (who became our salesman) was friendly, very respectful and courteous. We now have two Hyundai I was in an Apple Retail store. The welcome by Dennis (who became our salesman) was friendly, very respectful and courteous. We now have two Hyundai vehicles; a 2023 Nexo and a 2023 Ioniq 6. Both are trouble free and the after sale customer service is exceptional. In addition , the service department treats us like “VIP’s.” We are treated like we are the most important customer of the day each time we visit Patterson Tustin Hyundai.
