I had originally gone to a Hyundai dealer that was closer to our house for an issue we were having with our Genesis. We were not treated well and the dealer refused to take care of our problem. We happ to our house for an issue we were having with our Genesis. We were not treated well and the dealer refused to take care of our problem. We happened to be driving by the Tustin dealership and stopped by just to see if they had the same perspective as the other dealership. I spoke to Frank Moreno and he was able to take care of us on the spot. I would give the dealership 5 stars even if Frank wasn’t able to solve our problem simply because he was courteous and listened. Tustin Is a little further for us but will be our new dealership for any further repairs and service. Thank you Frank Moreno. More

Rick & the Tustin Hyundai team are absolutely amazing. I knew I wanted a 2023 Palisade and was super specific with what I wanted. It’s not really a market to be picky in right now, but Rick was patient an I knew I wanted a 2023 Palisade and was super specific with what I wanted.
