Marcos was excellent and helped me secure the car I've been pining for months. Ioniq 5 is near impossible to get but he gave me a shot when someone cancelled. Talk me through the vehicle and my options an been pining for months. Ioniq 5 is near impossible to get but he gave me a shot when someone cancelled. Talk me through the vehicle and my options and I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to take this car home the same day I came in. Props to Marcos for getting this vehicle to me. The only thing I wish I would have got more info and training on the special shooting star matte paint and how to use blue link and set it up properly. Also the included LoJack that was mandatory isn't really useful or needed. Would have been nice to have the option to not purchase LoJack. More
