Marcos was my salesman for my Ioniq I purchased in March 2024. He has all of the qualities I was looking for in a salesman: -Honest & Trustworthy: He was upfront about the price and assured me there were 2024. He has all of the qualities I was looking for in a salesman: -Honest & Trustworthy: He was upfront about the price and assured me there were no hidden deal markups (which there were not). -Patient (he went above-and-beyond to answer all of my questions). -Communicative: Prior to arriving at the dealership, Marcos answered my continuous stream of questions either via text or phone call. -Unlike other dealerships, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Marcos DID NOT pass me off to another salesman. -Marcos let me test drive the car by myself. This was helpful since other dealerships have the salesperson ride along, and that can be very distracting when you have a salesperson constantly chatting in your ear about how the car you’re test driving has a horn, brakes, a trunk, etc. -The paperwork process was simple and to the point. From the start of the credit app to signing all of the purchase information, it only took about 30 minutes. Very streamlined, which I liked. *If you’re looking for the best customer service when buying a car, I highly recommend speaking with Marcos. *If you’re looking to become an honest, successful car salesman who treats you as a person, and “not a number,” I highly recommend you pick Marcos’s brain. If all dealerships had trustworthiness, classy and well-mannered, non-pushy salespeople like Marcos, then in the car sales business, it would be a perfect world. More

Honestly, couldn't get better. Another dealership wouldn't transfer my vehicle to them so I could purchase through them, but they have been great on all service and warranty items Another dealership wouldn't transfer my vehicle to them so I could purchase through them, but they have been great on all service and warranty items (shout out Elsa for dealing with my cruddy schedule). Referred my dad to them and they saved him thousands relative to other Hyundai dealerships which we charging 'low inventory fees'. Honestly couldn't think of a way they could do it better. Two thumbs up from me! More
