I visited Tustin Hyundai for the first time a few weeks ago. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, friendliness, and transparency. They went above and beyond to communicate with me throughout ago. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, friendliness, and transparency. They went above and beyond to communicate with me throughout the repair process by texting me and sending me links to videos that I could review, which was a pleasant surprise. Elsa was very kind and thorough. I don’t usually expect to have a good experience at dealerships to be honest, but Tustin Hyundai may have changed my mind about that now. I’d highly recommend them! Ivan was fast, kind and didn't try to sell me things i didn't need. Thank you! He was quick to get me what i wanted and i was in and out of the dealership with my car inside of 2 hours. I really appreciate this dealership. Today was my third time going here (for recalls) and I truly just appreciate how friendly their staff is and how they don't try to upsell you or tell Today was my third time going here (for recalls) and I truly just appreciate how friendly their staff is and how they don't try to upsell you or tell you that something is wrong with the car (that isn't) Also, their prices are very clearly displayed on a laminated card on the counter in front of each one of the advisers... and I especially appreciate that as a single female handling automotive issues on my own, they do not make you feel uncomfortable AT ALL. I also decided (as I was checking in to get the recall taken care of) that I wanted to add an oil change. I had previously priced an oil change at two other places, but decided to wait to see how much it was at the dealer, I was shocked that not only was the oil change cheaper at the dealer, but it also included tire rotation, topping off all of my fluids and a general overview of the car. I also loved that they have a great area set up so that customers are able to work while they wait. And as an extra added bonus, I also got a delicious cup of coffee! I would (without hesitation) come back to this dealership for any future service (or recall) needs. More
