After searching all around Orange and LA county for a new SUV and getting quoted 3-10K over MSRP I'm so glad I stopped by Tustin Hyundai. Pricing is transparent, no market adjustments, no dealer add ons, no bait and switch. Max was so helpful and patient with me as I was deciding between a Santa Fe and a Tucson and kept communication open but didn't harass me daily like other dealers have done. I eventually decided on the Tucson and reserved a vehicle that was in transit in the trim I wanted. We were able to do much of the paperwork ahead of time so when my Tuscon arrived we could speed up the process. Crystal in finance was amazing and clearly and quickly walked us through the finance paperwork which we greatly appreciated because we had our wiggly 1 year old with us. This was the least stressful car buying process I've had and highly recommend this dealer. More

Took my new Kona in for first service. Check in was quick, representative was extremely friendly, told me all that they would be doing to my car and how long it would take.
