Marcos showed me a Hyundai Tucson 2 weeks ago. I went back with my husband yesterday. He was about I get off work but he stayed for an extra 3 hours helping us pick out a car. I can honestly say that this dealership is the fairest one that I came across in Orange County after having gone to and called multiple different dealerships. Every other dealership that I went to, in one one that I came across in Orange County after having gone to and called multiple different dealerships. Every other dealership that I went to, in one way or another, had substantial markups on their vehicles. Tustin Hyundai legitimately doesn't do that. They sell you the vehicle at MSRP. I had been looking for a vehicle for almost three months (they have been somewhat difficult to come by--and especially at a fair price), and Ivan really helped me out by allowing me to reserve a 2022 Hyundai Elantra. He made the process simple and clear, and promptly answered all of the questions that I had along the way regarding when the vehicle would be arriving at the lot (Ivan gave me the opportunity to reserve the vehicle about a month before it would be arriving at the lot). I appreciate that he took the time to patiently work with me over the phone and allow me to select what vehicle I wanted to reserve at a time when I was in dire need of a car. I am happy to have given Tustin Hyundai my business, because I feel confident that I purchased a quality, reliable vehicle at a fair price. Thanks again, Ivan! More
