My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Junior of Tustin Hyundai over the course of a few weeks. In one day, any customer rep can fulfill their obligation to be courteous, polite, and helpful. Irrespective to our vehicle issue, Junior consistently exemplified great customer-interaction by responding to messages in a timely manner and offering options when we were unable to bring our vehicle in. That level of service deserves to be recognized as in today’s customer service, the service is everything but that. Aside from the place being renovated, the staff behavior was excellent, they were courteous, understanding and knowledgeable.
