Picked up my 2022 Hyundai Kona today and from start to finish I couldn’t have been more pleased. Greg Thrasher was wonderful. I was surprised and totaled thrilled when I received his call today letting me know my car was waiting for me. I didn’t think I would be getting it until sometime in April. When I arrived Greg was waiting and after I was soon delivered to Shawn Brown to set up my financing. Totally painless. He was so nice and went over everything. Then back to Greg and he went over my new Kona from front to back. He was wonderful and so patient explaining all and even setting up my bluetooth. I drove home a very happy customer. More

We drove all the way from LA County to Tustin Hyundai because they had a policy of not charging more than MSRP, unlike other price gouging Hyundai dealers. Our sales rep, Rooben, was courteous, friendly because they had a policy of not charging more than MSRP, unlike other price gouging Hyundai dealers. Our sales rep, Rooben, was courteous, friendly and honest. I had not been to a dealer in a long time and was apprehensive of what to expect given past experiences (hard sale, manager calls, haggling, etc.). But to my surprise, this was the most straightforward and honest process that I have ever experienced. We drove home in our brand new car (Hyundai Nexo). Highly recommend this dealership and please ask for Rooben! More
