Entela was up front about pricing and availability. She gave me short and direct answers. There was no need to waste time haggling, when I will be paying MSRP with no dealer add-ons or mark ups. Other Hyundai dealers had at least $2000 to $3000 add-on or mark ups. I like the way Tucson SEL AWD 2022 drives, designs, and options. This dealership gave me $1000 for my trade-in Honda Civic 2005 XL, which is lot more than $500 offered to me by Honda Dealership. I did not need to haggle for anything, except for the useless optional warranty. Finance department, Sherryl, tried to sneak in $3000 warranty for the entertainment system. She lied, when she says, "Air Conditioner is connected to the entertainment system. Air Conditioner control is separate from entertainment control on Tucson SEL 2022. I had to ask her three times before she removed the $3000 optional warranty. More
