Times are hard for the consumer so it was refreshing to hear that Tustin Hyundai does not add a dealer markup to the cost of a car. (The Toyota Dealerships I visited marked up the cost by as much as $10,00 hear that Tustin Hyundai does not add a dealer markup to the cost of a car. (The Toyota Dealerships I visited marked up the cost by as much as $10,000...this is criminal.) I did not buy a new car, and instead purchased a Certified Pre-owned which I thought was a great deal due to the condition of the car. Entela, our Sales Rep, was very courteous and patient and was not pushy at all. She was very upfront with the way business is done, I appreciated her honesty. As far as the car, Hyundai is and has been doing an amazing job with their cars...cool designs and great customer service. I think I am may be a Hyundai customer for life. More
