I contacted Carlos by phone by calling the dealership. This was for an Ioniq 5 which have been a little hard to find. He let me know that I could put a deposit down and get one. Call was quick and strsigh This was for an Ioniq 5 which have been a little hard to find. He let me know that I could put a deposit down and get one. Call was quick and strsight forward. Fast forward to the car being delivered. I got mixed up on the day I was supposed to go there and arrived 1 day early. Despite this, he and the members of the dealership worked to get my car ready as I was there so I didn't need to come back. All and all my experience was exactly what I wanted. I've dealt with several car salesman and dealerships. Carlos, and Tustin Hyundai was top tier for my experience. Thank you! More
