First time visitoe for service of my Elantra Hybrid and to correct a recall. Frank was my service advisor and believe me he is as best as anyone could be. Every aspect of my encounter from the time I arrived to the time I finally got my vehicle back was quite a pleasant experience. I honestly found my perfect Hyundai dealership. Congratulations to the Tustin Hyundai dealer's General Manager for such a good, nice, friendly, and convenient place to do business with. On the other hand, I had previously visited Irvine Tuttle Click Hyundai dealership on two occasions and will never set foot in that place again. The worst experience ever, from registering your vehicle for service to the employees attitudes to giving you the time your vehicle would be ready to the presentation of the dealership set up, all and all were nothing but nightmare. Stay away from Irvine Tuttle Click Hyundai dealership if you can help it. More
Took vehicle in for a check engine light. The issue was diagnosed and part/thermostat replaced, under warranty. There's nothing in this world that is frustrating, exhausting - yet thrilling and exciting than car shopping. At the beginning of our car buying journey, we shopped around at other dealerships (Toyot exhausting - yet thrilling and exciting than car shopping. At the beginning of our car buying journey, we shopped around at other dealerships (Toyota, Kia, Honda, etc) to narrow down the "it" car. Our last stop was this Hyundai and we were greeted by Marcos- who was super welcoming and actually treated us like we were humans. We test drove the Tucson and that quickly became our "it" car. We left to do more research and decided we wanted the 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid - so we cast our net to all the dealerships in the O.C. and nearby LA County locations. We tried to go back to Marcos, but unfortunately he was on vacation and the guy that was helping us wasn't as attentive and it didn't feel like he cared about landing the sale but when Marcos came back, he tried to get us on board but unfortunately the car he had in stock had gray interior and we wanted the black interior so we decided to go with the dealership that had the car we wanted. Unfortunately, our experience with Cerritos Hyundai was distasteful and unprofessional, so we reached back out to Marcos and told him to let us know when he had the Tucson with the specs we wanted in stock and in response, he managed to get the exact car we wanted from another dealership, honored his original offer and had it ready for us to come in the next day and he even spent 40 minutes past the dealership's closing time to patiently go over all the car safety and media features with us! If you need a great deal and above and beyond customer service, go see Marcos!! More
