I bought my Kona at a Hyundai dealership in Anaheim 4 years ago. Took it in for early service at 7500 miles and the service writer lied to me [lowballed] the cost to fix a damaged mirror and then he & hi years ago. Took it in for early service at 7500 miles and the service writer lied to me [lowballed] the cost to fix a damaged mirror and then he & his service manager hid behind my phone messages for 2 months. A friend of mine suggested that I check out Tustin Hyundai. I did so and within a week the entire mirror was ordered and replaced at a reasonable cost. I've never gone back to that dealer and will take my Kona to Tustin Hyundai which is a professional shop unlike the other dealer. My service writer was Bryan and he did a super job making us feel at home despite the number of people waiting for service on their cars. That tells me that the other dealership has lost tons of clients never to return. More

First time visitoe for service of my Elantra Hybrid and to correct a recall. Frank was my service advisor and believe me he is as best as anyone could be. Every aspect of my encounter from the time I arrived to the time I finally got my vehicle back was quite a pleasant experience. I honestly found my perfect Hyundai dealership. Congratulations to the Tustin Hyundai dealer's General Manager for such a good, nice, friendly, and convenient place to do business with. On the other hand, I had previously visited Irvine Tuttle Click Hyundai dealership on two occasions and will never set foot in that place again. The worst experience ever, from registering your vehicle for service to the employees attitudes to giving you the time your vehicle would be ready to the presentation of the dealership set up, all and all were nothing but nightmare. Stay away from Irvine Tuttle Click Hyundai dealership if you can help it. More
