Rick was super awesome in helping me get the car of my dreams, he even worked with me over the phone on his day off, went in to the dealership, and was there until well after closing to make sure everythi dreams, he even worked with me over the phone on his day off, went in to the dealership, and was there until well after closing to make sure everything was in order. Being I live in San Diego, he reassured me that when I arrived, there wouldn't be any haggling, the price he told me was the price I'd get, and he was right. Our first experience test driving a car with Marcos was actually fun and left me with a good impression. Then while deciding on a car in the days after, I wrote back and forth to Rick and he was patient and helpful. I have little patience for the typical sales games, but Rick earned my trust. And deservedly so as everything he told me proved to be true. I greatly appreciated his honesty and friendliness. Even the finance folks were great. I was happy they didn't force accessories nor attempt to confuse me while signing the contracts. The entire experience was low pressure--I'd even say no pressure. They just wanted to help me --and all their customers I'm sure-- buy a car and feel good about it. And I get the feeling they will continue to take care of us even after the purchase. I don't know how this experience could have been any better short of me starting my own dealership to sell myself a car. Great company philosophy with great people. I would definitely buy a car from them again. More
