I went to Tustin Hyundai because my previous car became undrivable on a Friday. I was dreading spending potentially weeks shopping for a new car, especially in todays circumstances. Jason Galvan was the first dealer I met with on Saturday. He was knowledgable, approachable, and I never felt pressured to buy on the spot. He quoted me a price for leasing a 2022 plug-in hybrid Ioniq. I visited at least 15 other dealerships all over Southern California over the next day and a half and not only were they not able to match the quote I got from Jason, they were nowhere near as considerate. I went back to Tustin Hyundai on Sunday and was welcomed with the same warmth as before. I drove off the lot in the Ioniq less than 2 hours later. Even after we closed on the deal, Jason was willing to stay to help me set up and answer any questions I had about my new car. A truly wonderful buying experience! More
