This is the season for Holiday Miracles and Junior delivered! My Santa Fe needed it’s 5th White Paint Repair and we have had 4 miserable experiences with HB Hyundai in past years and this was our firs delivered! My Santa Fe needed it’s 5th White Paint Repair and we have had 4 miserable experiences with HB Hyundai in past years and this was our first time with Tustin Hyundai and Junior. One week later my car was repaired and clean and ready to go! Thank you for being my advocate with Hyundai Corporate and the 95% Warranty repair of my white paint. Tustin Hyundai is the best! We were "assigned" this dealership through the Costco Auto program, and I'm glad they were "it"! Within hours of signing up with the Costco program We were "assigned" this dealership through the Costco Auto program, and I'm glad they were "it"! Within hours of signing up with the Costco program, Rick Majors had contacted me. He went over my "wish list" for my new car and arranged a test drive for later that week. While he did not have my exact car at that moment in time, I drove one that was "almost" it. He was thorough in explaining the features and "bells and whistles". When I decided that the Sonata hybrid was the car for me, he arranged a dealer trade with another dealer to get me my exact car. He called me the next day to set an appointment to come in and get the process started. Rick is not your typical car sales person. He was completely transparent in every aspect of the process. He shared what he was seeing on the computer with us so we saw it from the original source documents. He never tried to "upsell" or pressure us into going with anything we did not want. Additionally, he has a great sense of humor! The easy back and forth banter we shared made the process all the more enjoyable. As we were wrapping up the financing aspect of it, the owner, John Patterson, came in and spoke with us and welcomed us to the Tustin Hyundai family. His graciousness and warm welcome is very much appreciated and rare in today's business world. For all of the reasons outlined and more, we are dedicated Tustin Hyundai customers. More
