The experience at Tustin Hyundai was awesome. Rick Majors was our sales person. He is very personable and very well versed in the cars he sells. He took a lot of time to make sure we understood everything. He went through the process of the purchase and answered all of our questions. We spent quite a while going through the car and its operation. The entire experience was just unbelievably satisfying. The best car buying experience we have had in quite some time. All the people we met and dealt with were very nice and personable. I would recommend Tustin Hyundai and Rick Majors to anyone looking to purchase an automobile. More

Initially went in to browse for some potential options but Matt was very helpful and courteous to show me around and test drive. I purchased my new 2023 Hyundai PHEV Tuscon earler this month. I was extremely pleased with the dealership and the sales experience (one comment later). My sales advisor was Dennis Migashkin. He was the month. I was extremely pleased with the dealership and the sales experience (one comment later). My sales advisor was Dennis Migashkin. He was the most knowledgeable, helpful and thorough sales professional I have ever dealt with. The dealership is clean and very comfortable. So what is my only concern? The upsale of warranty and the lack of disclosures about the warranties. I cancelled most of them (will keep the tire and wheel) but now will have to wait up to 8 weeks for the refund of what I paid. Would I purchase another Hyundai there? Absolutely but will be more careful about the add ons. Ron K More
