Absolute hands-down BEST experience buying a car ever!!! My family and I have bought 4 Hyundai’s- this one is the 5th (and 1st from Tustin Hyundai) and I can’t say enough about how fabulous Marcos and Sher My family and I have bought 4 Hyundai’s- this one is the 5th (and 1st from Tustin Hyundai) and I can’t say enough about how fabulous Marcos and Sheryl (financing) were. We spoke mostly via text message where he explained everything to me, walking me through step-by-step. The car wasn’t on the lot yet and was in transit from somewhere. It was supposed to be in on the 11th of Sept and it showed up on the 7th! Marcos called me the moment he heard the car was near. He told me step-by-step what was to happen next and kept me informed throughout the day. He even communicated separately with my mom because we just weren’t so sure- it all seemed too perfect and easy. Well, we were wrong! It was that perfect and that easy. No text went unanswered and no call went unheard. Marcos’ communication was fabulous! You know how sometimes you just have that feeling when you know someone is a good person- that feeling was instant with Marcos! Where every other Hyundai dealership owned by a basketball player marked up their cars $5,000. - $8,000 over MSRP (price gouging- which I thought was actually illegal), Tustin Hyundai did their business honestly and charged a very fair price; they did not mark up their cars! Every single thing that Marcos said was true, there were no surprises, I knew my exact payment before I even got to financing. my total time of picking up my car and finishing in financing was less than 2 hours. Marcos was meticulous in walking us through every single feature on the car and he answered all of our questions. Trust me when I say- if you are in the market for a Hyundai, go see Marcos at Tustin Hyundai!!! What an awesome car-buying experience. Oh…and I absolutely love my car too!! It is so much better than what he described over the phone. More
