I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership back in 2016 and have had nothing but amazing experiences with their service department. Each and every time my car has needed work done, I have been fortunate enough to be assigned Junior in the service department. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and you can tell he really cares about you as a customer and making sure you’re taken care of. A lot of other dealers stop caring about you the second you sign the papers to purchase a car. But at Tustin Hyundai, I’ve always felt like the employees are truly passionate about resolving whatever issues you may have. With that being said I believe this dealership is one of the standouts literally after talking with no less than a dozen other sales people at other dealerships for other cars and not one of them seem to want to discuss selling a car. Ivan was our dales guy and solid from the get-go. We had a pretty straightforward conversation and the information was going back-and-forth in a way that made sense. We discussed pricing and terms and after the conversation I felt confident going down to the dealership and making a sell the same day. Everything came together as discussed and was seamless the whole process. Very satisfied with how we were treated and the quality of the car that we purchased.
