Wayne is incredible. His approach is more consultative and he puts the customer in the driver seat (pun intended). Best experience ever! Rick and Frank made this so painless and pretty much got me to where I wanted to be payment wise. They treated my family and myself with respect and I had two of my young kids w painless and pretty much got me to where I wanted to be payment wise. They treated my family and myself with respect and I had two of my young kids with us. We came in looking for a used Ford Flex and ended us buying a Hyundai Santa Fe for even less than what the flex was. What made this experience great is how kind the staff is and how polite Rick was from the beginning and listened to what we wanted without trying to steer us towards a higher priced car. Literally the best and easiest car purchase transaction I've ever had. Was lucky enough to connect with Internet Director Shawn Brown from the start when I saw a car online that I was interested in. Shawn responded to my many email questions promptly and gave me a ton of great information as points of reference. Went into the dealership to see and test drive the car, and Shawn was super friendly and really great about showing me all the car's features. We'd already discussed my budget and after seeing and driving the car, I made the easy decision to purchase the new car and trade in my old one. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly also, but Shawn is a superstar! Don't hesitate to check out this location if you're in the market for a car! More
