Jason’s response time with text and call was also amazingly impressive. It felt like I was his only customer and that he was only focused on making sure I was walking out the door happy. I really appreciated him taking time during his off day to check on my vehicle and to even send me a personal video of what my vehicle looked like so that I could make an offer. He was protective of my information and mindful of my time. He took me seriously from the moment he said hello and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. His customer service was so great that I promised to only consider Tustin Hyundai as the dealership where I would purchase my vehicle! As far as my general experience with Tustin Hyundai all I can say is that I felt seen and heard. Someone was always ready to offer me water, say hello, and ask me how I was. The overall environment was friendly and warm especially compared to the other Hyundai dealerships that I visited.
