First place I went and immediately new I didn’t need to go any place else. Treated fairly and friendly and efficiently. Best car buying experience I have had. EDIT and UPDATE. Unfortunately I am having to revise my thoughts of Tustin Hyundai. The initial car buying experience was great but since then has not been wonderful, feels like bait and switch. First after securing financing through the dealership I saw a significant drop in my credit rating due to the fact that the dealership did more than one hard inquiry even though I only approved one. Then today I had my first service. Set an appointment and they said it would be an hour. Checked in and then they said it would be an hour and 20 minutes. Checked back in after an hour and 30 minutes when I was told they didn't know I was waiting for the car and then the service agent lied to a coworker about what I had said in front of my face. Then they said it would be another 15 minutes. 25 minutes later they said I could take the car now as the required stuff was done as long as I didn't want the optional service done. I guess after they get the check customer service be dammed. More
