I had a decent experience at Tustin Hyundai. In the beginning, I do not think the sales representatives took me seriously (I do look a bit young for my actual age) about buying a car. I initially left beginning, I do not think the sales representatives took me seriously (I do look a bit young for my actual age) about buying a car. I initially left because of it. When I returned solely because of the cars available, I honestly felt that I wasn't treated with respect until my credit check was completed. All I can say about that is for future sale opportunities, never judge a book by its cover. Also, during any business transaction, I expect the sales representative to be honest to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, it seemed like the team I dealt with was more concerned with making a sale as opposed to giving me honest quotes about how much my trade in car was worth. I understand trying to make a profit from a sale but what I was initially offered was beyond unreasonable, especially compared to other competitors. I'm trying to be as honest as possible with this review and while my experience in total wasn't exactly pleasant, I do really enjoy the car that I purchased. More
