I first got to drive the 2020 Palisade Sel FWD which was an outstanding experience. to see if this was the car I made wanted to purchase. Shawn show me all the selection and configuration of this new Hyundai and I finally purchase one in stock. Great experience from Top to Bottom I started from the Top speaking to owner John Patterson and he put me together with Troy. I texted him to tell him I would be in the next day so to make sure he got the car (from another dealership) and he answered, "got it already". The next day we traded in our 2011 Elantra for a 2020 model. I thought the trade in price was very fair as was the price he quoted me for the new car. He was very transparent. He then put me together with Ivan to go over the features of the car which was already waiting for us right outside of the showroom. Ivan did a great job and like everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful.. The finance woman was very efficient and although the whole process still took longer to complete than I like but not out of line with other car purchases I've made over the years. They were also very good about pointing out rebates from Hyundai that I would have otherwise not been aware of and they were substantial. More
