He was in no way aggressive or pushy about me purchasing a vehicle. He was more interested in what I wanted and dealt with my pickiness lol. Just an overall great person to purchase a car with. Thank you for that. Next is a shout-out to Phil. He worked with the numbers of the car and really fought hard to get me a great deal, the customer service is absolutely amazing. They really REALLY care about you and not just the sale. Lastly thank you Sheryl, she helped me with signing all the documents and just had such a great attitude and made everything so quick and easy. They filled up my gas tank and washed and detailed my car in such a timely manner that I was able to drive this sleek looking Hyundai home that night. When we came in to sign the papers, Rick had the car ready and was waiting for us. He turned us over to Crystal in Financing (who was amazing to work with). I've never seen the process go so smoothly. Everyone was so polite, there was no pressure to try to up sell anything at the last minute. I couldn't believe how fast the process was. Once we were done, Rick spent as much time as we wanted going over any features of the car that we had questions about. Thanks to everyone at Tustin Hyundai that made this such a pleasurable exeperience. More
