Great! I had heard nothing but good things about Tustin Hyundai when I was asking around about which dealership would be the best to go to. Shawn Brown was the one helping me out, and he was great! He gave me a very honest breakdown of the cost over the phone and picked out the most gorgeous Sonata for me. Greg Thrasher from Tustin Hyundai was great. He was awesome throughout the hole process of purchasing our new Santa Fe. I explained to him what I was trying to do and he worked through that to get me t awesome throughout the hole process of purchasing our new Santa Fe. I explained to him what I was trying to do and he worked through that to get me the best deal possible. We had issues with going into the dealer with all the Covid 19 concerns. Not a problem, we were able to complete the hole purchase and trade without even steping one foot into the dealer. Greg was even nice enough to deliver my wife her new Santa Fe and even drove back our trade. Greg even went over all the car features with my wife. Great Start to End Service! Highly Recommended! Rooben contacted me via phone as soon as I submitted my request through Costco auto program. He was very engaged and asked me the right questions. I a Rooben contacted me via phone as soon as I submitted my request through Costco auto program. He was very engaged and asked me the right questions. I am a busy person and I really don't like lengthy discussion. He got my point and noted all my requests. In addition to my price request that he had to match, I wanted a car that was not in their inventory. Within 3 hours he gave me the deal as well as he found me the car. The next thing I know is that I am in my new beautiful Red-Black Sonata 2020. I had many cars and this was easiest and smoothes deal I have done yet. The whole process in the dealership took less than 2 hours with financing and paperwork. Thanks Rooben! More
