I had a terrible experience at a different Hyundai dealership and ended up walking away very unhappy at the appalling treatment I received. I saw the Hyundai Tustin had good reviews and decided to giv dealership and ended up walking away very unhappy at the appalling treatment I received. I saw the Hyundai Tustin had good reviews and decided to give Hyundai another shot. Talk about night and day! Rick was amazing! He spent so much time going over every feature of the car and treated me like a queen. There was no sales pressure...I dealt only with Rick and wasn't passed around to 4 different people trying to cajole me into a terrible deal. He gave me a few financing options and we found a great deal that suited my budget. I seriously got the royal treatment and walked away so incredibly happy that I got the car I wanted with an amazing deal. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Rick, who did everything possible to make my experience a superb one. I also want to note that the whole team at Hyundai Tustin were phenomenal (the Porter's who unblocked my car from the lot were so nice!!) I'll be back here again in the future!! More
