Rick provided the best customer service throughout my whole car buying process, even in comparison to other dealerships I had visited. When my brother and I met with him the first time to look at the car whole car buying process, even in comparison to other dealerships I had visited. When my brother and I met with him the first time to look at the car, he was well prepared with information about the car and the numbers, and we were never left having to wait for him. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the car in detail. He was very friendly and personable, and made my brother and I feel welcome and comfortable. The owner even also introduced himself to us and got water for us. Although it was a small and simple gesture, the small details like this were what made a very big impression on me. Rick was able to answer all my questions right away and was easily accessible when I had follow-up questions about the car; he was even willing to help answer my questions outside of his work hours. Tustin Hyundai is very transparent and doesn’t add unnecessary fees or add-ons and I didn’t get hit with any surprises when I came in to sign in the paperwork and pay. Rick had told me in the beginning that if they didn’t have the color I wanted, it would take 1 or 2 days, and when I contacted him the morning that I decided to buy the car, he was able to get it for me that same day. I never felt pressured that I should buy the car from them or that I should buy it soon. He fought tooth and nail to get me the best price possible, but ultimately it really was his excellent customer service that won me over and made me decide to buy my car from them because I knew that I would be taken great care of. More

Went to Tustin Hyundai to get my wife a new Santa Fe and the process could not have been easier. I told Rick what she wanted and what we were looking to spend. I sent him my information over email and filled out the application from the comfort of my own home and spent less than an hour at the dealership. I was greeted by everyone including Mr. Patterson the owner which was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend getting your Hyundai at Tustin! More
